Desktop support: Break-fix and day-to-day help at the desk. Machines that will not start, printers that eat jobs, accounts that will not sign in, software that never got installed correctly.
Cable cleanup: Tangled power and network cables are a safety issue and a troubleshooting tax. We trace, label, dress, and recable so the next outage is findable. Closets, desks, conference rooms, and the pile behind the reception computer.
Desktop refresh: Aging PCs and laptops cost more in lost time than they cost to replace. We inventory what you have, recommend what to buy or reuse, image and set up new machines, move files and apps, and retire the old ones without leaving data behind.
