Training tracks
Track 1 — Foundations
Zero to little IT experience and career changers. Learn help desk basics, tickets, accounts, customer communication, and how not to make a problem worse.
Track 2 — IT Support
For people ready for hands-on desk and network work. Learn desktops, printers, basic networking, and the jobs offices actually need.
Track 3 — Security+ style skills
For people aiming at Security+ style first roles. Learn threats, hardening, access control, and how to talk about risk without fake certainty.
How we compare to big free programs
Big workforce labs can be free and cohort-based. We’re smaller and job-based: you learn the work we actually do on Cloud and Managed IT engagements.
